Exchanges or returns can be arranged at the cost of the customer. Within 30 days of purchase, your item is eligible for exchange or return. Please contact us at info@vintagefraternity.com with your order number, reason for return, item name and at this point we will provide you with details to initiate the return. Once the return has arrived back to us, you will receive a full refund of the product price only; shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
